Now almost every bottle of wine has a screw top, ever wondered what all the cork in the world is being used for? After all, there’s only so much Champagne anyone can drink.

Well, when CycleMiles was at the fantastic Chiltern Cycling Festival, we came across these fabulous cork bicycle handlebar grips made by Green & Blue.

Not only are they beautifully made and beautiful to look at, looking great on your retro steel frame bike or lovely Dutch style women’s bicycle, they are lovely to use too. Forget sweaty, plastic handlebar grips, Green & Blue cork handlebar grips, just errrrr, grip and feel lovely.

And, those clever Cornwellians, have made them in two sizes.

But surely, the end of the handlebars where handlebar grips fit, only come in one size? Yes, they do. But some people hands are petite and some are much larger. So, Green & Blue have made their cork handlebar grips in two sizes, which makes holding your handlebars much more comfortable and riding your bicycle a lot nicer.

A gimmick? No. Really, a lot more comfortable. Well made? Yes, really well made. They last.

Smaller hands, then you’ll need “Pequeno”. Portugese for small to you and me. Larger hands, then that’s “grande”.

Handmade from harvested Portuguese cork from managed forests. A thoughtfully produced product and in a lovely box too. A great gift for cyclists. Just perfect.

So, if you want an upgrade for your Pashley Princess, Pashley Guvnor or even your 1914 Hirondelle, these are the answer.
